Four Horsemen Card Trade is a packaging design project that features traditional playing cards and illustrative storytelling. The set includes four illustrated decks of cards with matching collectable chips. This collector’s set surrounds the story of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse: Death, Pestilence, Famine, and War, and what they bring with them at the end of the world. Each Horseman has specific emblems to represent them: a skull, weapon, color, and card suit. All are given a unique personality, while still remaining as a family set. The package opens like a book, inviting us into the story of the end of the world.
