I grew up in Baltimore County, Maryland. My ambition to be a designer began at the age of ten when I decided to become a fashion designer. I created the entire branding for my make-believe company, the Pink Polka Dot. Little did I know then that, rather than a fashion designer, I would instead go on to become a graphic designer.
In my work, I showcase all of my other passions, including music, illustration, storytelling, and bright colors. Throughout my life, I have put my all into the arts, which has resulted in several awards, including the Friends Film Festival Grand Prize for Animation in 2017 and the Scholastic Art and Writing awards Silver Key for Film and Animation in 2018.
I graduated from Drexel University in June of 2022 with a B.S. in Graphic Design and minors in Art History and Fine Art. At Drexel, I was on the Dean’s List for all four years, and was awarded the A.J. Drexel Scholarship and the Westphal Portfolio Scholarship. I spent my Co-op working full time with an independent video game company, QuadraTron Games, doing web design and creating promotional materials for an indie game festival where they showcased their mobile game, FishHeads.
I have experience in many fields of graphic design, including web design, illustration, motion graphics, package design, book design, environmental design, typography, printmaking, and branding. Illustration is a particular passion. I integrate illustration in my work wherever I can to weave in personality and joy.
In my free time, I love all things creative, from playing ukulele to embroidering patches to anything new I can learn.
